Safeguards for Valves Installation

When install valves, user should not only know about installation methods, but also know about safeguards for valves installation. During installation, carelessness can easily result in valves damage or leakage. It causes a lot of troubles.

Safeguards for check valves installation
To prevent check valves from leaking or media flowing back after check valves losing efficacy, which can cause products quality declining or accidents, one or two stop valves are installed in front or back of check valves. Using two stop valves is convenient for disassembling check valves for repairing.

Safeguards for safety valves installation
In general, isolating valves are not installed in front or back of safety valves, except for particular situations. For example, media contains solid particle. For this, safety valves cannot be closed tightly after taking off. Then, a gate valves with lead sealing should be installed in front or back of safety valves. Gate valve should be full on.

When relieve wax and other media which are solid under normal temperature or reduce pressure to make temperature of light liquid lower than zero centigrade, safety valves should be heated by stem. If safety valves are used for corrosive media, corrosion resistant bursting disk is added at the inlet of safety valves when considering carrion resistance of safety valves.

Safeguards for reducing valves installation

Safeguards for reducing valves installation have three types. Pressure gages are installed in front or back of reducing valves, convenient for observing pressure. A full sealing safety valve is installed at the back of reducing valves. The gate valve is used to prevent reducing valves from taking off when pressure backward valves exceed that forward valves after reducing valves losing efficacy.
