Besides stem and disc two eccentricities, the sealing faces of disc and seat form an inclined platform which is the third eccentricity. When the valves turn off, disc is pushed forward due to eccentricity. Seat does not cause friction with seat during turning off and disc is pressed on seat directly, ensuring service life of triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valves. Moreover, because sealing rings (no matter on seat or disc) have definite elasticity, a small number of gaps between bosses and sealing rings make elastic rings displace slightly. When the valves turning off, under the function of closing force, elastic sealing rings can move automatically to the position where stress is the most uniform. Adding with elastic rings transforming slightly, sealing rings on seat endure force uniformly and realize the beast sealing.

Triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valves have wide scope of temperature (-253~815℃) and pressure. Triple eccentric hard seal butterfly valves having liner can even endure higher temperature. Pressure class ranges from 150lb to 2500lb and diameter ranges from DN80mm to DN2200mm.
