Hydraulic safety valve is used as standby equipment of breather valve. The pressure of inhaling and exhaling is higher than breather valve. When breather valve fails or disc is frozen in the winter, liquid seal of hydraulic safety valve will be destructed to avoid oilcan being damaged.
