Wafer hard seal butterfly valve adopts J elastic sealing ring and three eccentric multilevel metal hard seal structure. Wafer hard seal butterfly valve is widely utilized for pipeline to regulate or cut off medium in metallurgy, electricity, petroleum and other industries.
Applicable temperature: ≤425℃
Characteristics:
1. Wafer hard seal butterfly valve adopts three eccentric sealing structure. Abrasion does not exist between base and disc. For that, the valve has good sealing.
2. Sealing ring is made of stainless steel, having the advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing, corrosion resistance and long service life under high or low temperature.
3. Sealing face of disc adopts cemented carbide, having wearing resistance and long service life.
4. Large size disc adopts lattice structure, having high strength, large flow area and low fluid resistance.
5. Wafer hard seal butterfly valve has two-way sealing. Valve can be installed at any positions without the limitation of medium flow direction or space.
6. Actuator can be installed on any position on the valve for convenient utilization.
