Vacuum negative pressure safety valve is used for negative pressure system whose temperature is not higher than 200℃. When negative pressure inside container is higher than allowed value, the valve opens automatically and absorbs air. When negative pressure reaches to allowed value, the valve closes automatically to protect equipments and system. When blow off valve is not opened causing negative pressure, vacuum negative pressure safety valve will open automatically to protect equipment from being damaged.
